RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Here at Chaii. We will happily return or exchange unworn items for an alternate style within 14 days of purchase.
If you receive a faulty product you MUST message us within 14 days to receive a replacement.
Please note: We do not provide exchanges/refunds on pierced jewellery (Earrings) due to hygiene reasons.
If you would like to return an item you are entitled to an exchange or store credit. We can only give refunds on faulty items.
- We will only swap or exchange items if we have them in stock, otherwise, a store credit will be issued.
- We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to us at Chaii. or incur additional shipping costs for item/items to be sent back to you.
- Sorry, no refunds or exchanges on sale items or earrings due to health and safety regulations.
- For returns on faulty items, you will be refunded in full, minus all shipping charges.
- We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
HOW DO I SWAP / RETURN MY CHAII. BOUTIQUE PRODUCT?
- Email: email@example.com and let us know what's up. Explain what you are returning/wanting to swap and why.
- We do require a proof of purchase (order confirmation and order number)
- Send it back to us within 14 days of the purchased date ONLY using Track & Trace methods. Please keep the tracking number ~ If it gets lost, it's gone forever. Until an item is received at Chaii. Boutique it is your responsibility.
- We will inspect the product on its return, and we reserve the right to refuse exchange should we evaluate the product to not be in the original condition.
- Once we have received your item, you will hear from us via email.
- Please make sure the item you are returning is packaged correctly/safely.
- Shipping items lost in transit will not be compensated for. All items sent by Chaii. Boutidue will be tracked, please ensure you have provided us with the correct information - We will try our hardest to ensure you get your items.
